In recent days the weather was so cold that there was as jogging, now this week has started to improve and winter officially ends in 2 weeks, finally.

Since this weekend I started running normally again, but on Monday I was surprised a pain in the neck that keeps me moving, it seems stiff neck, see how I wake up tomorrow, but will play to go to the doctor to have treatment do you recommend.

Between that I've been lying down and reading this afternoon, I found this video that a friend has it on his blog , and I really liked it.

It is a tribute to the Iron Man, who only wanted to see him until I got out to take that time, but well have to wait until tomorrow to continue training.

I expect and enjoy.

I write this post minutes before bed to bed early (23H54) to years.

Although my ex was the Canon EOS 350D that I was not away from it, it was time to give us a break and seek new challenges. I know someday we'll meet as we have been together for several years.

Today my new companion is called Canon EOS 50D

After months of flirtation and wait is finally mine, just great, better than I expected.

Since I know it is a relationship full of fun and mutual understanding, little by little we understand more and then she and I will be one.

For several years I see on TV the powers of Iron Man , I looked like a crazy, making swimming (3.8 km), cycling (180 km) and marathon (42.2 km) in one competition, but ultimately admired .

3 years ago that I took up the sport hard, I've been around the idea of wanting to do the Iron Man , but as I needed that and start saying yes, but because of my training and the completion of the Marathon told me is about time.

Just last year reviewing videos on youtube I came to one of Iron Man and found the " Team Hoyt "but I prefer to see the video for me to tell you the story.
