Way to 42K

Well as many already know, apart from studying, I am preparing to participate for the first time in a Marathon (42,195 km), the marathon is taking part in the Joongang Seoul Marathon, the second largest in Seoul.
Each week the training becomes harder and longer, especially on Sundays are the days of long runs.
This past Sunday, I was running 36K, the truth was a difficult test, and had managed to run up to 28K in 36K weeks earlier but were long and endless.
So I prepared in the morning to go jogging, I took my backpack with drinks and gels necessary, ipod, glasses, etc., I took a taxi and get to park next to the World Cup Stadium for the great workout.
As I had said in a previous post, prepare for the marathon becomes a lonely sport, as the friends prepare for the 10K or 15K so I do not like the idea of leaving to run more than that.
Each turn of the park is 5.8 km, with the first lap the race was made easy and entertaining, I thought the things I have done this week, and some outstanding writing and commenting on the blog.
But to get to 30K and the thing was the most rare, I had some friends commented that from now 30K mind starts to play with you, because it was well in the 31K began to wonder why I do this? I better at home, or just stop and close the training, and the truth is there when the mind and strength of will tell you still, still, it's like two people inside you peel one that tells you and another to say no! follows.
At the end I kept in training, not to over power and I finished, I felt an emotion so great that people who were around the park did not understand because they applauded when crossing the finish line, or because it raised the hands of happiness, the only thing I know is it was a beautiful experience, where I came to this fear of, and just beat him.

Stephen Good, no fainting. Congratulations!

@ Diego Burbano At two weeks of this marathon try
estebandido | 22 November 2008 | 11:41@ Diego Burbano At two weeks of this marathon tried a new one, but I had not recovered well from a pain that I had to finish the first marathon, so in the kilometer 30 I had to stop, the pain was such that no I could not run or walk or anything.
That was only this week so hopefully recover well and in 2 weeks over 10 KM to run there if you finish the year.
The next marathon will be held in March 2009, also in Seoul where I am living temporarily, the goal is to decrease the time for the marathon and other races 10KM, 15KM and 21KM
Greetings
Esteban
