My 18's celebrated in Quito, a few weeks of having arrived , my 21 in New York during a stint with the Yankees, the 25 in Quito again, and now 30 in Seoul.

A night of August 21, 1996 I went to Cuenca to the capital , just knew it was going to study , which was a morlaco in search of victory.

My family knows I love food with banana : banana chips, banana tortilla, mature cheese , etc..

The other day I thought that nobody here has seen bananas, oritos, green, repeat, and just yesterday walking through Itaewon , I find the sale of bananas in a corner.

Wow, really I can not believe how time has passed and a few days ago I realized that I have reached the post number 100 on the blog, in these two years.

Many people ask me why I run, because it is not a fad, not just for health or to maintain the weight you lose both cost me (15 lbs), but rather deal with me every time I do.

Since returning to resume training for more than a year to me was very significant to finish the race (10 km), within me I felt an emotion that simply could not describe it, maybe even wanted to mourn for the excitement to end of competition at that time.

Then came more and more skills and gaining more confidence in them, putting even greater challenges in distance and time, yet my thoughts on the course were beginning to be clear because I enjoyed it so much.

A month ago I left home to get to Seoul. Things have happened so fast that the truth until a few days ago I realized that we were already a month.

Time has passed very quickly, and only left me 12 months.

Well I'm on the Amsterdam Airport , the trip was tired but I slept most of the flight.

Well this is my blog has served two years this May 30, being outside, although it started on Blogger, then was voted for a few months, has survived until now have their own name with your own server.

I think it was a cute start to have a blog, but gradually I was liking it and try to keep as current as possible.

Some already know, others have recently found out that since this year I am taking very seriously the issue of training in the morning, to the point that I am part of an athletic club with which we train all weekdays from 5:00 am.

This weekend as part of my training I had a tour of 16 km, honestly I did well and I am delighted to know I'm improving my physique and my time.

I had just agreed to free the weekend, work and at the invitation of Rafael Bonifaz and his wife went to the inn Guachalá , so I could do my homework around the estate.
