There are times when you may meet someone important, talk, and say what now what I mean?

Given the visit of President of Venezuela , Hugo Chavez to Ecuador , I could talk to him 3-5 minutes, was really something exciting to say hello and talk for a few minutes with a great leader of Latin America.

What I said to Hugo Chavez?, I thanked him for supporting the use of Free Software in the state and I hope this will help the Latin American unity and development, he told me he also believes in the same, to follow up on the project of Free Software in Ecuador , is a slow process, but we will bring great benefits in the future.

The last time I was traveling in Cabinet Macara, a warm and pleasant climate.

Today we are on the Carchi, just in San Gabriel, and tell the truth is getting pretty cold.

I have seen the population of San Gabriel a bit, I found very charming, with narrow streets and friendly people, all side are potato fields and tree tomato.

The cabinet will start and see how it goes today and we expect a long evening meeting, I hope my presentation will go well.

In a short break, I went for a walk in San Gabriel, some photos of the ride.

The Cabinet is over, I could give my presentation to left for a future occasion, but we could talk and make new friends with other advisers of the various ministries.

Like Rafael Bonifaz President of the ASLE , the RUSFQ invited me for an interview about Free Software and the state, since during the FLISOL President Rafael Correa gave a message of support to the use of free software, and stated that this is already a State Policy.

April 28 was held on FLISOL (Festival of Latin American Free Software Installation) in Ecuador, with great success.

Rafael Bonifaz, ASLE President participated in an interview with Jose Rivera on Radio RUSFQ Costales and discussed issues such as the use of free software and gave details of the success of FLISOL.
