Beginning the road to Iron Man
estebandido | 6 February 2009For several years I see on TV the powers of Iron Man , I looked like a crazy, making swimming (3.8 km), cycling (180 km) and marathon (42.2 km) in one competition, but ultimately admired .
3 years ago that I took up the sport hard, I've been around the idea of wanting to do the Iron Man , but as I needed that and start saying yes, but because of my training and the completion of the Marathon told me is about time.
Just last year reviewing videos on youtube I came to one of Iron Man and found the " Team Hoyt "but I prefer to see the video for me to tell you the story.
One of my resolutions for this year is just start preparing for the Iron Man , I know you will not be an easy but not impossible when one wants to do, as I showed in the Marathon .
In these days and I got the book Advanced Marathoning , which the true recommend it. I read it from time to time to better prepare my workouts, and to return to Ecuador to dedicate myself to training the marathon and swimming, cycling will have to do it at home.

So good start this way, I know it may take a year or more, but someday I'm proud to say Iron Man .
Nothing is impossible in this life, when you really want it.
