Octopus - Eating Live Octopus
estebandido | July 2008 13Well always heard of the rare and eccentric food of Asians in general, but until my turn came to try one of these.
Actually I was not prepared for it or anything, just went to train with a Korean friend asked me if I liked the octopus, I said yes, then we went to this restaurant to eat.
Plates and we asked that appears to a boil first octopus, living bone they put in a pot hiviendo few minutes and have them cut them into pieces and eat it to this very rich truth.
Then ordered another dish and brought alive with scissors just started to cut into pieces, moving tentacles and eat has been said, I was cold, I said help yourself, so I took a piece and stated in very but very rich.
Unfortunately I had no camera with me so I could not graphically document this, but I assure you again, I liked a lot.
