Free and The State
estebandido | 20 July 2007Like Rafael Bonifaz President of the ASLE , the RUSFQ invited me for an interview about Free Software and the state, since during the FLISOL President Rafael Correa gave a message of support to the use of free software, and stated that this is already a State Policy.
