Free Software and the State
estebandido | 20 July 2007As Rafael Bonifaz President of ASLE , the RUSFQ invited me for an interview about Free Software and the state, given that during the FLISOL President Rafael Correa gave a message of support to the use of free software and indicated that this is already a State policy.
