Taking the pace again
estebandido | 23 February 2009In recent days the weather was so cold that there was like jogging, now this week has started to improve and winter officially ends in 2 weeks, finally.
Since this weekend I started running normally again, but Monday I was surprised a pain in the neck that keeps me moving, it seems stiff neck, see how I wake up tomorrow, but will be playing to the doctor to have that treatment do you recommend.
Between that I've been lying down and reading this afternoon, I found this video that a friend has it in his blog , and I really enjoyed it.
It is a tribute to the Iron Man, who only wanted to see him until I got to go for a run this time, but well have to wait until tomorrow to continue training.
